1. Data controller

2. What data we process and why

When you send an enquiry via the contact form or the online calculator, we process your name, phone number, e-mail address, project location, message text and any attached files (floor plans, photos). We need them to reply, prepare a quote and arrange a site visit — the legal basis is pre-contractual negotiation (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and our legitimate interest in answering your enquiry.

3. How long we keep the data

Enquiry data is kept for the duration of negotiations and no longer than 3 years after the last contact if no contract is concluded. If a contract is concluded, data is kept for the duration of the contractual relationship and thereafter for the period required by law (in particular accounting and tax regulations).

4. Who we share data with

We do not pass data to third parties for marketing. To run the website and send e-mails we use these processors: our web-hosting provider, the SendGrid e-mail service (Twilio Inc.) for confirmations and replies, and Bunny.net storage for attached files. Appropriate agreements are in place with all processors.

5. Measurement and advertising

The website uses Google Ads and Sklik (Seznam.cz) measurement tags to evaluate advertising campaigns. These tools may store cookies in your browser. Form data is not passed to advertising systems — only the fact that an enquiry was submitted.

6. Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify or erase your data, to restrict processing, to data portability and to object. Send requests to [email protected]. You may also lodge a complaint with the Czech Office for Personal Data Protection (www.uoou.cz).
